Exchanges and Returns
Can I exchange or return Noshirts, Noshorts and/or Nosocks?
Of course. You can try our shirts, socks and socks for up to 30 days before you decide to keep them. Not happy? Then you have two options:
1. You can exchange (part of) your order. Any doubts or questions, for example about the size or fit? Feel free to get in touch. We’re happy to help!
2. Prefer to return your order? We will return your payment.
In both cases, please use our Returns form.
How does it work?
- First open one package
Although we allow you 30 days to test our products, you are doing us a big favour by not opening all the packages in your order straight away. Our shirts, shorts and socks are hygiene products. Once they have been opened, we can no longer sell them. Therefore, please try out one product first.
- 30 day trail
Wear, wash and dry your items as frequently as you like to test them out. If you want to return or exchange, make sure you do that within 30 days after receiving your order.
2. Exchanges or returns
- Ask for an Returns Form by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an email from us with all the instructions you need to exchange or return your item, including an Exchange Label and Form. NB: Ask for a postage confirmation with Track & Trace number when you return your order. Save this until we send you confirmation that Noshirt has received your return in good order.
- Return the form with your product(s) within 30 days after receipt to the following address:

* As soon as Noshirt receives your return in good order you will receive a confirmation email.
* Have you opted to exchange your products? We will ship your new order directly.
* Do you want your money back? Within 14 days of receiving your return, we will deposit the cost of the order and any postage costs into the account used to make the initial purchase.
* Did your return shipment fail to arrive at Noshirt? If you can demonstrate the return was shipped, we will ensure you receive your money back or ship your new order within 14 days after your return was sent to us.
Are there conditions to reimbursement?
To avoid any confusion or misuse, we only reimburse payment to the bank account that was used to make the initial payment with mediation from our Payment Service Provider. There are no costs attached to reimbursement for the consumer.
