Which type of base layer top is best for me?
We have developed a special Shopping Assistant tool to help you choose the best base layer top for you and your needs. If, however, you wish to receive some more personal, tailor-made advice, you can always contact our Customer Service department.
My desired product is out of stock, what now?
Please contact our Customer Service department, they will inform you of the expected delivery time. If they’re unable to provide you with that information straight away, we will send you updates. If the delivery will take too long, we will be happy to help you find a suitable alternative.
Product and sizing
Where are Noshirt products made?
Noshirt’s ateliers are located in Tunisia and the UK. Not only does this enable us to keep a close eye on the quality, but we (and you) can rest assured that fair wages are being paid and that there is no child labour involved in the production process. Kids should be in school, not in a factory.
What kind of cotton are Noshirt products made of?
Our Noshirts and Noshorts are made of Supima cotton, which is grown in the US. We also add a little elastane to the garments. This ensures the tops and shorts sit close to the body, are breathable and do not sag.
Do I have to take into account any shrinkage of the cotton when choosing a size?
No, this has already been taken into account in advance in the design process. As our tops and shorts are made of cotton, they will – naturally – shrink slightly during the first wash and/or dry, but that is incorporated into the garment’s measurements.
Orders and payments
Do I have to have an account to place an order?
No. You don’t have to create an account with Noshirt if you want to place an order. It is, however, handy to do so for practical reasons, such as finding and looking back on your previous order(s).
Does Noshirt treat my data confidentially?
Absolutely. We only use your data to process, and keep you up-to-date about, your order. You can find more information in our Privacy Statement.
Is it also possible to pay for my order later?
Yes, you can do that via Klarna.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For shipments to The Netherlands your order will be packed and shipped the same day if you order before 23:59 on weekdays. Orders placed between 23:59 on Friday and 23:59 on Sunday will be packed and shipped on Sunday. In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet the delivery time, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will let you know as soon as possible. Can I have my order delivered within a specific time slot, to a different address or on a different day?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Which countries does Noshirt ship to and what are the shipping costs?
Noshirt ships its products wherever you want. Shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free for orders over €50, or €2.95 for orders under €50. Within the rest of the EU, a flat rate of €9.95 is charged for each shipment, regardless of the number of tops, shorts and/or socks ordered. For orders being sent to outside the EU, shipping fees are charged at €19.95. Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the EU, you may also be charged a customs or import fee (as well as handling fees), and that these are the sole responsibility of the recipient. What is the return period?
Once you have received your order, you have 30 days to try out our base layer tops, shorts and socks (including washing and drying). If you’re not entirely satisfied, then you still have 14 days after the 30-day trial period to exchange or return your items.
What is the best way to arrange my return?
You’ll find all the necessary information regarding returning or exchanging a product on our Exchange and Returns page.
How long will it take to get my refund?
We will refund the full amount for your item (including any initial shipping costs and payment fees) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your return. We wait with the refund until we have received the product(s), or until you have sent us proof of postage.
What is the best way to wash Noshirt products?
It is preferable to wash your base layer tops, shorts and/or socks at 30°C or 40°C and to keep similar colours together. Use a detergent specifically made for black or white laundry. You can find more extensive care tips here.
Can Noshirt products be tumble-dried?
Yes, they can. Please be sure however to set the tumble dryer to the gentlest setting (for delicate laundry). If you dry our base layer tops, shorts or socks at too high a temperature, there is a chance that the quality will deteriorate and that they will shrink.
