Noshirt collects data on a daily basis. Information about you and other customers and visitors to our website. Information we need to make our products and service a little better every day. We know how important it is to handle your personal information with care and caution. And that’s why we keep your information to ourselves. After all, you gave it to us in good faith and your trust in Noshirt is one of our priorities.
Who is Noshirt?

We collect data
To offer customers our products and services, it is necessary for us to request and register personal information of our customers. We collect and process the following data for a number of objectives:
- Setting up a personal account and placing orders.
We process your first name and surname, email address, gender, date of birth (not compulsory) and password to set up a personal account. When you start using your account, by placing an order, we will ask for additional personal information to ensure we can deliver your order. The data we process at this stage includes your billing and postal address, details of your order, dates, order numbers and an overview of your payments. In some cases we receive your data from others; when someone sends a present directly to you we will receive your name and address information.
- Sending our newsletter.
When you give us permission, we will send you our newsletters with Noshirt updates and promotions. You can always unsubscribe from these newsletters by selecting the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter, or sending an email to email@example.com.
- Contact via our customer service.
You can contact our customer service between 09:00 and 17:00 . You can call us, e-mail, chat or send us a message via social media such as Facebook. We store this information so that we can help you faster next time.
- To improve our services and your customer experience.
We can use your information about how you use our products and services to improve your customer experience and help fix technical problems. We also use data about how our customers use our website and services to develop insights into customers preferences. For example, identifying obstacles in our website and solving these, so that you can easily find what you’re looking for.
Protection and supervision
Noshirt takes safety measures to protect the information that we receive via our website. The information is entered and saved in our secure databases only accessible to Noshirt employees and service providers who process data for Noshirt. These service providers support us for instance by sending out our newsletters, managing our website and promoting our brand and products. We have contracts in place with all service providers who process personal data for us in which they are bound to take technological and organisational measures to protect your personal data.

Sharing personal data
Noshirt only shares your personal data with service providers with whom we have a processing contract in place. These service providers only process your data on behalf of Noshirt and never for their own purposes.
